MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
3 night minimum (New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas and month of October)
2 night minimum (All other times)
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT POLICY
You must be at least 21 years of age to book a cabin with us
A deposit of 50% is required upon booking. We accept Visa and/or MasterCard, and American Express. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your
arrival.
Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date must be paid in full when the reservation is requested.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% refund of deposit for reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date.
50% refund of deposit for reservations cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations cancelled 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date are responsible for the amount of the entire cost of the booking, pending our ability to re-rent
the cabin for the entire length of the anticipated stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
CHECK-IN
time is 3pm. Early arrival is an option if housekeeping has completed cleaning from previous guests. Please call one day prior to arrival to see if
early check-in is possible.
CHECK-OUT time is 11am. A late check-out without previous permission could result in an additional charge. Late check-out will be considered, but not
guaranteed. Please call the day prior to your departure to see if late check-out is possible.
When checking out, we ask that you do the following:
o Leave the kitchen clean, put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine
o Collect your trash and put it in garbage bags provided
o Put all dirty towels and washcloths in one of the tubs
o Remove sheets from bed and place on top of Mattress
o Lock all windows and doors
o Leave your key in the lock box
o During winter months set the thermostat at 58 degrees and in the summer months set the thermostat at 78 degrees
o Make sure Hot Tub is covered and fastened down
o Set gas fireplace to pilot
TELEPHONE
Cabin is equipped with local telephone service only. Guest need to bring a calling card to make all long distance phone calls.
PETS
No pets are allowed on the premises. If signs of pets are found inside the cabin an additional $100 fee will apply
NO SMOKING
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed outside on the porches and decks. Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the yard or
surrounding area.
If the Smoking Policy is violated an additional $100.00 will be charged to Credit Card that was used to secure
reservation.
AMENITIES
Hot Tub, Outside Grill, Heating and Air Conditioning, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Ironing board, Iron, Hair Dryer, Electric Stove, Refrigerator with Ice
Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, Blender, Mixer, Coffee Grinder, Dishes, Flatware, Glassware, Utensils, Pots and Pans, Color Televisions(3) with
Cable, DVD, Stereo with IPOD Docking Station, WI-FI, small assortment of DVDs and CD, Board Games, Smoke Alarms, Fire Extinguisher, Towels,
Washcloths,  Pillows, Bed Linens, Quilts. Coffee Filters, Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dishwashing Liquid and Dishwasher Detergent are
provided. We do not provide extras after check-in. There are several grocery stores in the area and a Wal-Mart in Ellijay for your convenience in picking up
any extra supplies.
FIREPLACE
Fireplace is gas logs. Fireplace is not to be used April – September. During these dates, gas will be turned off. This is a vent free fireplace so it is more
efficient to keep damper closed. DO NOT place anything in fireplace as these are gas logs.
HOTTUB
Hot tub should be entered at your own risk. Hot tub has bromine in it. There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs--use with discretion and at
your sole responsibility. Hot tub is cleaned and treated before the arrival of each guest.
Please keep soaps, bubble baths and bath oils away from the hot tub.
MECHANICAL FAILURES
While we strive to ensure the equipment is in good working condition, sometimes things do break down. If we are notified of a problem we will do our best to
get any problem corrected on a timely basis. Refunds or rate adjustments are at our Discretion. We will do our best to remedy any problem you report to us,
but some things are beyond our control.
LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims, injury, direct or indirect consequential or otherwise. We reserve the
right to refuse or discontinue service to any person and /or rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. We will not be responsible for
accidents or injury to guests for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
